Minor problems are often fixed within ten minutes by our service desk, so you can immediately work again. But if it is a more complicated problem, we will take your device for a detailed investigation and we will keep you informed of the progress during the repair process. For you it is important to know that we always discuss in advance what costs are attached to the transaction, so that you will not be faced with unwanted surprises.

If you want to use this service, we advise you to come to our service department with your device. You do not have to make an appointment here: you can visit us during opening hours. You will be assisted by a Hacktic employee from the Technical Department to solve your problem.
Why research costs?
The detection of errors takes a relatively long time. In addition, some devices only occasionally display their interference. The relevant device must be checked, after which various measurements and tests are possible. Sometimes a part has to be replaced first to see the end result. Often the device is first (provisionally) repaired and checked. Then you will receive a quotation from us. After your agreement, the further repair will take place. Why? To be as convinced as possible that the repair is valid.
Should you decide not to have the device repaired, then you will understand that we ask for some compensation for the work done (time). This small fee is not always proportional to the actual costs and time. We ask you to pay us the set research costs in advance. This amount is deducted from the total repair costs. So, the repair is not more expensive.
